I really loved living here and recently moved out because I bought a house. The property is well maintained and anytime I needed something, the property manager, Samantha, was helpful right away. The moving in and out process were both really smooth. Sam explains everything so well and kept in great communication with us. We’ll miss the great view we had and our wonderful neighbors.

I lived here from August 2020- February 2023. Overall, these are very nice apartments that are well-maintained. The property manager is easy to contact, and repairs are done in a timely manner. Apartments are fully renovated, and the property is upkept well. I lived in a lower unit, and my biggest complaint was the noise of the people above me. I expect this to some degree living on a lower level, but it was a bit louder than other apartments I have lived in (kids running, can hear TVs and conversations through the ceiling). The rent was a bit much in my opinion, in addition to having to pay for water and a pet fee every month, but then again, all rentals have seemed to increase in price lately. When I purchased a house at the beginning of this year, the property manager was great about finding a new tenant to take my place, although you do have to pay a large fee to break your lease. I was overall pleased with my stay until the move-out process. Don't expect to get much of your security deposit back when you move out. I was a single person living in these apartments with my dog, and I was a good paying tenant and left the apartment in very good, clean condition. I was not fairly charged in my opinion for a complete refinishing of the bathtub, which needed to be done anyways, as it was already cracking/ peeling when I left and had a mild/ mildew problem, which I mentioned to management multiple times. It was a nice place to live, but I felt that I was taken advantage of with the deductions from my security deposit, especially as clean as I left my apartment. So although I enjoyed my years here, the move out process left me with a bitter taste.

The property manager is so easy to work with and communicate with! Excellent location near 94/18. Newly updated apartments are beautifully done! The apartment is very well taken care of! Very friendly neighbors in a great area! Would highly recommend!

Samantha the property manager is by far the best manager I have ever had! She goes above and beyond and really makes the property feel like home! You will not find a better place to call home!

I heard that a new management company just took over this property and let me tell you WOW!! What they have done to update the building/units is just gorgeous! The property manager is also by far the best that we have ever worked with; very quick to answer all of our questions, reliable, and again just very great to work with! I would definitely recommend this property you will not be disappointed.
