What a lovely facility! The grounds are beautiful and units bright, homey, and well maintained, staff engaging with residents too. My tour was informative, welcoming, and the care I received was sincere and helpful.

If/when the time comes for a friend or family member to move into an assisted care facility, you should definitely consider The Cottages. The buildings and grounds are immaculately clean, with a friendly, dedicated staff that offers a full complement of services with competitive pricing. The location is ideal for residents who are still capable of walking a couple blocks. The Mizel Senior Center and Palm Springs Public Library are next door and across the street you'll find shopping and restaurants.

I help a man who just moved into one of the memory care cottages. The staff has been wonderful helping him to adjust to his new place. They have also worked with me to help support him. I have been very pleased with his care.

The end of 2025 was an extremely stressful moment for my family. I am so grateful that I could work so effectively with Gia to arrange for my mom to move in to the cottages during the holiday week. Hello, my name is John. I was a nurse for 30 years and I help people from my church for the last 20 years right now. I’m taking care of a woman for the last four years with Alzheimer’s. She is at the Cottages At Palm Springs for the last four years, the people are very sweet and helpful for her. I love that all the employees give special attention to everyone between hugs and holding hands and kisses, which they miss from their family. not being around it is a great place and people should not feel guilty because you have to put your parents or grandparents in a facility. I appreciate all the employees in the front office, the kitchen and the aids and Med techs they all do a great job and caring for the residence since I’ve been there, I’ve gotten to know some of the residents myself very grateful for my assistance when they need it and they make friendships there which they need.
