COTTAGES AT RIVERSIDE

My mom has been at The Cottages Riverside since mid December and I could not be happier with her care. The facility is well cared for and each cottage has a small homey feel. The staff are very good with the residents and they've gotten Mom to participate in activities where she virtually never did at her prior living situation. The communication when there is an issue is excellent I am very happy with our decision to move Mom into the Cottages at Riverside

From the moment we moved my mother into the Cottages of Riverside, it was clear that this facility is more than just a place for residents; it is a loving community that fosters connection and compassion. I was deeply moved by the care and dedication shown by each member of the staff. The environment is warm and inviting, with cheerful decor that creates a homelike atmosphere. The layout is designed thoughtfully, allowing residents to navigate easily and feel secure. I was particularly impressed by the safety features in place, such as secure entry points and staff monitoring, which provided peace of mind. What truly stood out was the staff’s commitment to each resident. Every caregiver I encountered treated the residents with genuine affection and respect. They took the time to get to know the individuals, understanding their unique backgrounds, preferences, and needs. The staff engages residents in meaningful activities, which not only stimulates their minds but also brings smiles to their faces. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Cottages of Riverside, to anyone seeking a memory care facility. It’s a place where compassion meets professionalism, and where residents are treated as family. I felt an overwhelming sense of relief knowing that my mother is well cared for in such a supportive environment.

Julie and the ladies in the office are all fantastic people, very helpful and understanding with getting my sister placed. She had a little trouble at first but she has adapted well and we come visit her almost every day! They get good food, have all kinds of activities for the residents to participate in, have monthly dinner parties for the families to come spend time with them. And they can even have pets! A great all-around place for people with memory issues.

The Cottages, bless them, is where my twin sister is now. They are awesome there. I ve posted some pics from Luah night. We got to meet her roommates family. My Sis seems to be adjusting well here.

We were invited to a Hawaiian event at The Cottages at Jurupa and it was excellent. The staff is the best and thank you Julie for inviting my mother and I to join in. The Hawaiian dancers were top notch including the male fire dancer. Let’s not forget the food, teriyaki chicken, coconut shrimp, pink lemonade and cupcakes. Thank you once again.
