COTTAGES OF CARMEL

The Cottages of Carmel has been so welcoming to my sister-in-law, and helpful with her move in. Gina DiMaria in particular was helpful answering all of our emails and texts in a very timely manner. She's a delight, and Suzi is looking forward to her residency at The Cottages.

We had an incredible orientation with Gina DiMaria. Very detailed, very tailored to our current situation, answered all of our questions. A lovely facility.

I am absolutely thrilled with the wonderful tour that I received with Gina DiMaria at the Cottages of Carmel . I felt inspired as I learned about the high quality of personal care that residents receive daily. There is a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The rooms are beautiful , the lunch was delicious and the staff is very friendly. Gina answered all of my questions in detail and gave me a tour that beat all of my expectations. As a former Physical Therapist in home care for over 30 years I recognized the high standard of care that the Cottages strives to achieve. Thanks again for my great visit today. JR

Mom has been living happily at the Cottages since February of this year. She loves it! Her favorite thing is mealtime with creations from the chef! The caregivers who work here are the best - they meet everyone where they are at and give loving, caring support. There are many activities and mom has many new friends. It is a beautiful location with new renovations. Gina is great- she gives tours and information and she explains all about living at The Cottages. Heather has a wonderful heart to take care of all of the residents as a nurse. Louisa, David, Gina and Juan are wonderful caregivers in the memory care unit. Take the time to come tour… you will feel at ease knowing your loved ones needs will be met is a caring and gracious way. My mom loves it here!

My 87 year old Mom lives at the Cottages and we are SO glad she is there. The facility is lovely and the recent renovations look fantastic. Also, the Cottages is a nice size where everyone can get to know each other and the residents don’t get lost in the shuffle. But, most importantly, the people are really wonderful. The management team truly cares about their residents and works to listen and address to their feedback. The caregiver team (including the medical technicians and food services) are also wonderful. There is nothing more comforting than knowing that the people helping out my Mom genuinely care about her wellbeing. Many thanks to everyone at the Cottages for all they do!
