My mom was an Alzheimer resident of the Cottages for over two years, I visited almost daily until mom passed in 2019. I got to know the staff and residents well and to appreciate all the hard work and care that goes into assuring that residents have a good quality of life. The building is comfortably set up and feels like a home. It is smaller, so fewer residents help create a family situation. The rooms and bath are bright, clean and good sized. The grounds are well kept and secure. Food is homemade with a varied and fresh menu prepared by a chef. The staff was skilled, compassionate and caring and for the most part were a good fit considering the number of jobs they do for the pay. The place is normally a beehive of activity, with communal meals, therapies, and lots of special parties, games, weekly outings, music, and crafts. The Cottages has a full time nurse who is always available to residents, staff and family for medical questions . Hair styling and manicures are done on site Families are always welcome to visit or have a meal with their loved ones. When mom was a resident, I felt communication between staff, management and families could have been better. Management has changed since our time at the Cottages. Staff to resident ratio has increased and so has the hourly pay. The facility has opened back up for visiting since Covid. I would urge you to check out this homey facility.

This is an amazing facility. They have a great team who will take great care of you and/or your loved ones. They have a great ownership team who makes sure the buildings are kept up and have everything you will need. I highly recommend The Cottages for anyone looking for an Assisted Living facility!

Great place, the staff is AMAZING and the residents are wonderful! This is my first time working as a caregiver and the experience is simple wonderful!!!!!

The staff are caring, compassionate, and love the residents. The owners and leadership are full of integrity and strive each day to provide superior care and quality of life for the residents.

Horrible ! MANAGEMENT was worst. Cares LITTLE for patients . Please if you care anything about your loved ones NEVER TAKE THEM THERE! ! Worst experience!!! Please Please anywhere but here! They put on a FAKE front but behind the scenes you'd be SHOCKED.
