You can feel the compassion and dedication in the way residents are treated every day. Edith, the administrator, is absolutely amazing. She is supportive, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to making sure residents receive the highest quality of care. The environment feels welcoming, safe, and full of heart. Families can have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are receiving the respect, attention, and excellent care they deserve. I highly recommend The Cottages in Payette to anyone looking for exceptional assisted living care.

I love the staff and how welcoming they are. I appreciate the hard work the staff does for the residents and I love working with the staff and administration when I come into the facility! They also do a fabulous job with the hospice patients we have had there!

The care givers here do an amazing job with taking care of the residence here, my family and I brought my grandmother here. They do an amazing job with her, they are trustworthy and kind while taking care of her. Making sure she get everything that she needs, thank you guys you are amazing ❤️

My grandma was sent here by her family. I have nothing but gratitude for the employees at this facility. She could say no more than the most spectacular things about where she was until her death. My family sent my grandfather here. All I can say is thank you to the staff members at this facility. All the way until his passing, he had nothing but amazing things to say about where he was. I actively communicated with staff and they communicated back just as effectively. You can tell the staff absolutely love their work, and try their hardest to make this painful process slightly more bearable.
