Our mother Rose was in Cottonwood Creek for over 4 years because of her dementia. Sundae Clay and her skilled and compassionate staff were loving and created a family atmosphere that cared well for Rose. They were an absolute Godsend. My family and I highly recommend CWC to those who need skilled memory care. They had quality meals, good hygiene care, had numerous groups come in to entertain, interact and engage with the residents. We believe it is the best elderly care facility in Cheyenne. They had great communication with us. They are like angels ministering and caring for their clients. The staff didn’t just serve but loved as well. God bless them for how well they took care of my mom. When the end of life came and we brought in hospice care, the staff worked seamlessly with Eden Hospice to provide care for Rose to the end. My dad had a complicated medical history when he was admitted to Cottonwood - yet he was welcomed by their amazing staff. I cannot begin to thank them for their compassionate and highly skilled care of him, incorporating my elderly mother and the rest of our family in his care. Up to his very last moment, Sundae and her staff treated him with love and respect, and welcomed him into their home. He was blessed with individual care, humor and patience by all of the staff as if he were one of their family. It’s been three years since he passed and there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of this amazing place and the care they provided for my father.

The most caring and compassionate memory care facility for your loved one! They were always attentive, supportive, and dedicated to providing the best medical care for our father. It was difficult to find a facility for him but God answered our prayers with Cottonwood Creek. Our family will forever be grateful!

My dad is currently here and considering his situation, it’s the best of the best. Amazing staff, facility, and just an all around wonderful place. His room and space are super cozy and they give him what he needs to feel as independent as possible. It’s one of the most difficult decisions one could ever make, but knowing he’s in the best hands ever, it’s much easier.

My sister -in-Law was there from June 1, 2024 through January 2, 2025. I can't say enough about the staff and the Nurse Manager Sundae Clay. Sundae and all of the care givers there are outstanding. The residents are treated like members of their families. The care my Sister-in- Law received was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend the facility and the staff, and give them 5 stars, 10 if I could.
