The staff at cottonwood village were extremely friendly and helpful. The physical appearance of the buildings was a little disappointing although they are in the process of refurbishing. I did notice a slight nursing home smell in the common areas. Not in the individual units. My reason for not selecting this facility was that they don’t accept Medicaid.

Was a great time singing Christmas carols and spending time with your clients. The staff was awesome and very nice to provide pie and coffee. Thank you and blessings to all of your staff and families for caring for our Seniors.

We enjoy walking around the gardens and across the street at the park. Everyone is nice and says Hello. Friendly dogs live here too. The lobby and dining room are nice, but the hallway carpet in the Independent Living side needs to be replaced. Overall we like it here.

Went on a tour and was shown rooms that needed paint and carpet. Filthy rooms. Why would the managers allow that? If I were in charge only freshly painted and carpeted rooms would be shown to prospective clients. Showing a room that is not in pristine shape gives a feeling that the whole facility is run that way. If you are considering placing a loved one, look elsewhere. How hard is it to paint and carpet a unit after it is vacated? Here’s an example of the toilet cleanliness. Gross.

I walked in to tour and the place was immaculate, staff was so friendly. The activity director Diana Hardel came to greet me. She was so sweet, full of energy: She showed me around and told me about the wonderful things she had on the calendar for the residents to do. I was very pleased with my experience.
