Cathy and Caroline are both a pair of old rude people. They need a crash course on phone customer service. Horrible people I think should be fired.

Please don’t take your love one there most of there residents are left in the cold basement very unsanitary the owner doesn’t treat her employees right they dont have a nurse to supervise the residents often enough the food they serve isn’t enough for the residents most of the residents are put to go to bed at 6 pm everyone there look so miserable I do not recommend it

I cannot put into words how amazing this facility and staff are. My dad was living there for 8 months this year before passing, and the care they provided for him was EXCEPTIONAL. The staff, particularly Amanda, Richard, Heather, Carolyn & Kathy B. went out of their way to get to know my dad personally, and truly loved him. It’s genuine quality personalized care like no other I’ve ever seen in any health care facility. It is not easy to care for ones whose health are failing, but the skilled and loving staff are committed and push through the hard moments. They are excellent communicators and knowledgeable about different health conditions and how to best treat them. The intimate, family oriented setup clearly makes a huge difference and the staff and residents all know each other well. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for my dad. If you are looking for a place to help care for a loved one, you have undoubtedly found the very best place.

The staff is super friendly and the owner is very understanding. The holidays and activities are the best. Feels like being right at home instead of a hospital setting like most nursing homes.

I can't say enough good things about Country Acres. The owners and staff really do care about their residents. My stepdad is 95 years old and needs assistance, but he is proud and refuses to admit he can't do what he used to do. Despite this, he eagerly relies on the staff to help and direct him on a daily basis. He is in love with Country Acres. They have found the key to dealing with his disposition. The atmosphere at the place is wonderful and the surroundings very serene. If you are thinking about placing a loved one in an Assisted Living enviornment, I highly recommend you visit Country Acres and spend some time with the staff and current residents.
