Country Charm

We placed my developmentally disabled sister 8 years ago into Country Charm Greenwood, IN. The current director, Angie, was solely instrumental in guiding us how to apply for a Medicaid waiver for my sister as we had no understanding of how it worked. When Angie left the facility we were devastated and when we learned of her coming back as the Director it was such a relief. Angie has so much compassion for the center and more importantly the residents. Angie goes above and beyond to make sure our needs for my sister are met and always has helpful advice and guidance for us. We pray Angie never leaves the facility. The rest of the staff have all been helpful and kind as well. Country Charm Greenwood was the best decision we made for my sister as she transitioned from one AL facility to Country Charm.

My father in law was here for about a year and a half. It was perfect for him. The whole staff was so good. They took great care of him and always made us feel welcome. He had an electric cart and loved riding around the path and enjoying the sunshine and sitting by the pond.

Visited here recently. Country Charm is a pleasant and welcoming place. The staff are inattentive and respectful and the food is surprisingly good, above average. I loved seeing so many of the resident’s dogs! My favorite part.

I visit my great uncle here and am often visiting unannounced. The staff are incredible each time. The facility is always clean. After I moved into my new home, I asked if he wanted to move in with me and he declined because he likes it here so much. There are always activities both in-house and out in the community and he looks forward to socializing with the other residents every day. We toured multiple other facilities before deciding on Country Charm and our family has been so pleased with his choice. I have recommended Country Charm to others in the community looking for an assisted living facility and will continue to do so.

Had a nice visit with my sister today Peggy Ferguson at Country Charm assisted living, in Greenwood Indiana. They had the residents invite a couple family members for a Thanksgiving Dinner with all the trimmings , it was very good. It also was nice to meets some of the employees and residents.
