Too many incidents without answers. For memory care I would NEVER recommend this home for your loved one. This is not the same reputable memory care home it was several years ago. Please be very cautious. The Commons is for memory care and your loved one isn’t able to tell you what happens to them. Terrifying incidents take place. A newly promoted manager, Nina should not be in that position. My experience with her was terrible and she should not be with residents while short staffed.Nina does not handle stress well and ignores the needs of your loved ones. Please do not place your loved one with Country Village. Devastating things take place. They should not be trusted with giving medications!!!! Don’t trust a word they say. Shame on this place. I will welcome any questions or concerns. I was there with my mom every day and witnessed the unimaginable, and have pages of documentation with photos of terrible incidents that took place. To this day they still haven’t given me in detail how my mom’s injuries happened and what exactly happened when she was completely fine when family left and not even two hours after my mom was fighting for her life! I don’t know how anyone is saying anything positive about the care at this unsafe place! I’m disgusted at their lies.

The staff at Country Village cared for our mom with kindness and understanding in the years she lived there, both in Assisted Living and in Memory Care. In her last days, they supported her (and us, her family) with skill and tenderness. We will be forever grateful.

Country Village assisted living is such a lovely place. The provided excellent care to my loved one and allowed me and my spouse the caregiving break we needed when it got too difficult to care for them at home and it allowed us to simply be the loving family members we wanted to be. Their staff are friendly and caring and committed to good care to the residents. We are so thankful for Country Village.

Our mom has been a resident for close to five years. They have cared for her like family and we are so very grateful for them all! They treated my dad so nice as he was a daily visitor before covid happened! Can't say enough good about their loving care of our dear mother who now has advanced Alzheimer's. Highly recommended faculty from Betty's family! ♥️

My husband George was a resident at Country Village for approximately 18 months. I researched numerous assisted living places and chose Country Village because of all the good things people said about it. And they were right. There is a homey feel in both the House and Commons buildings. The whole staff...the owner, management, caregivers, chef/cooks and maintenance people are amazingly caring. They worked with me to make George's experience and living situation as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They listened to me when I had questions or suggestions. We worked as one big team and I will be forever grateful for all they did for George....and me.
