Horrible customer service. I had called to inquire more information for my father. I have never come across such rude and unprofessional employees in this line of business. Anyone working with seniors and their families have always been so helpful and welcoming as this is a very stressful time in everyone’s lives. This place is not interested in providing a welcoming atmosphere for our loved ones and absolutely would never put my father in a place like this.

My father-in-law was there for less about 20 days before his time with us came to an end. We saw him every day because he was so close to us. We were impressed with the staff, and that they try to do things with them daily...for those that are not bed ridden. It was the most affordable of all the other memory care places we looked into.
