Gross, dirty, techs don’t give meds to residents consistently, wifi and AC barely work - leaving residents stuck in the heat and with nothing to do. Don’t move your loved ones here.

I've lived here for 3 years. The rooms are usually temperature set between 78 and 80° every single day. Our owner is so cheap that she won't make it any cooler in here so she can save a dollar. The food here is disgusting. There is no dietary restrictions here. Everybody eats the exact same thing. I have high blood pressure and diabetes. I shouldn't be eating anything with salt or sugar, yet that's the only thing here they serve along with starches. Our laundry comes back with stains on it all the time. Since we only get $54 a month we can't afford to buy new clothes. I feel like I wear rags all the time because of this. If you care about your loved one in any way DO NOT send your relative here because they will be miserable.
