Inexperienced staff, lack of communication from one shift to another. My Dad was not doing well overnight, staff was told to call family if he deteriorated overnight. Mom called at 12:30am, staff said he was doing ok. We found out later that they gave him addional morphine at 4:00am, but did not call family. They found Dad deceased at about 6:30am and never called Mom. Mom called at 8:30am to check on Dad, they said, "Didn't Hospice call you?" repeatedly!! He had died before 6:30am, more than TWO HOURS EARLIER, and nobody called Mom! SHAME ON YOU, COURTNEY! Not any way to run a business!

Absolute best assisted living home around! The home is immaculate inside and out and the residents care is above and beyond what I expected. I am so blessed I found this place for my mom.

I was very impressed with the care and attention my father in law got there. I can honestly say I have never been to a place like it. They are like your own home and you can count on the best care possible, no matter what. The staff is amazing and so friendly. If I could not be at home I would hope to be in there.
