Truly feels like home the moment you walk in, such charismatic interactions with the nursing staff as they take the time to understand individual needs and truly treat residents with dignity, respect, and value. Such a clean environment along with a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend Country Meadows Residential Care for loved ones as staff is attentive and dedicated to the well being of residents so they can feel safe, valued, and cared for every day.

I have recently placed my mom here. She has Alzheimer’s and was in skilled nursing for over two years. In just over a month Maria and her staff have done amazing things with my mom. She had not been out of bed for two years except for a shower. They are getting her up a couple of times a week. She sits in the sun in the patio and on the sofa in the living room. Things she hadn’t done in so long. She was on pureed food and now she is eating solid food. The food is amazing. All made fresh daily. The staff is amazing. They are respectful, friendly and take such great care. The facility itself is beautiful. There is a patio overlooking beautiful garden. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. I can not say enough how wonderful this facility is.

Our uncle lived at Country Meadows, and we were so happy to have found this place! The staff are genuinely warm and caring people--you can see it in their interactions with both the residents and their families. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to see our uncle treated with such kindness and respect, while getting all the help that he needed. Meals are freshly prepared in the house kitchen, reinforcing the homey feeling in this beautiful and beautifully kept house. The level of professionalism in the care they give so impressive. The owner is an RN who stays on top of any changes in the residents' health and medications, and really advocates for the residents with their doctors. The staff also communicate fully with the family of the residents; they kept us updated on both major and minor changes between our visits. We also liked that the staff encourage residents to go outside for fresh air and regular exercise, keeping them company and engaged in conversation and activities throughout the day. The gardens around the house are carefully maintained, lush, and inviting. It was so reassuring to know our uncle got the very best care there -- he told us many times how nice the staff were. It was literally everything we could have wanted for our uncle.

We moved my dad here after his Lewy body dementia progressed, and it’s been such a relief to have him in a place where he’s truly cared for. The facility is beautiful — clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are especially wonderful; my dad loves exploring outside, and it’s a peaceful environment for visits. The caretakers are incredible — patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to the residents’ individual needs. The meals are fresh and well-balanced, and nutrition is clearly a priority here. It’s not easy placing a loved one in memory care, but this community has made a difficult chapter a little easier with their compassion and high standards of care. We’re very grateful to have found Country Meadows.

I am a 75 year old woman who recently helped a friend move to the Country Meadows Residential Care Facility. My first thought was I could move here and stay for the remainder of my life. In the moment I do not need assistance. In my ongoing visits I am struck with the physical beauty and gardens atop a safe suburban neighborhood. The owner and staff member is an RN, meals are cooked fresh and served warm, the amenities are tasteful and well appointed. Beside Assisted Living, this is a wonderful place for any adult that wants to be safe, surrounded by joy, and positive interactions. I would recommend it for any individual that needs to be in a safe home like setting, with their varied needs being met, from very minimal to more engagement. With individual rooms available, it looks and feels, like a beautifully cared for home and the residences that reside there. I cannot say enough about the staff, joy and caring come to mind every time I am there. I would recommend this home to anyone who loves their family member that needs safety or help as they age.
