Country Place Senior Living of Fairhope

This is a fantastic building with amazing staff.

Had a horrible experience a couple of years ago with this place. My Mother had been there about 1 week. My Mother fell, they said she didn’t. Put her back to bed and let her hurt. She kept telling us she did and they denied. Finally got her to Dr and she had broken bones. Would never give us a copy of accident report. She had to go into another facility for the rehab. My Mother never came home. Would not ever leave a loved one here! Looks great, but awful care!

A great location, nice rooms, friendly neighbors. Food is consistently poor, staff turnover is frequent, management has been uninvolved.
