My Mom was at Credo for about 2 years before she passed. The staff took wonderful care of her! They were always kind and loving. The food was always good, the facility was clean and lovely. Mom loved the people and the place!

This place is amazing!!!! Residents get a lot of 1 on 1 care. Smells good when you walk into residence and looks clean! Had many families come to me thanking me for the care their family has received, we try to accommodate well beyond assisted living for the comfort of our residents and families. Truly grateful to have a place like this in our community!

I would like to commend the staff of Credo Senior Living - Independence. My Mother was only there a short time before her passing. But from day one staff were wonderful. Very kind, caring and respectful. They did their best to make her feel comfortable and included. A big THANK YOU to them all! I would recommend this senior living community.

A beautiful facility, but such a disappointing place for a loved one to live. Many of the staff are lax about their work, resulting in mediocre meals and dirty rooms. My grandparent wasn't well-cared for the last year--allowed to wear the same dirty clothes for an entire week, Depends soaked through, no access to water. Honestly, basic needs totally neglected. There have been at least 3 different directors in the last year, and I hope the newest one gets to the root of the issues there. I'm familiar with quite a few assisted living and nursing homes, and this is by far the worst.

Very nice facilities. Extraordinary staff. From the director to all of the staff, everyone has such caring hearts for the residents. Truly a home away from home. So much compassion shown as well as care and caution protecting residents from covid virus and even common flu. Creative activities to help residents through the protective closures from covid.
