My question is why did they hire such a bad director? She’s been treating my dad and the staff like dirt

The last director was much better than the new one who took over her position. This one is very disrespectful and I don’t know what her problem is. Was hoping to see my uncle who I haven’t seen in a long time. I walked into the building. She yelled in my face saying I wasn’t welcome there and that I had to leave. I asked why and she yelled in my face to leave. Might as well convince my uncle’s guardian to find him a better place to stay at because if she can treat me like this, I wonder how she treats my uncle

My brother in-law lives here and is very well cared for. The staff treats him with respect and kindness.
