COUNTRY TERRACE RHINELANDER II

The lady that runs it is rude! And no care what so ever towards the residents

This place is a MESS!! There's a lady named Desiree who works there that constantly mistreats the residents and doesn't give them what they need. She is very rude and mean to them AND to the other workers. I'm not sure how somebody who can't even take care of her own kids even gets hired for a job like this one. If something isn't done about her I will be taking further action in making a complaint to corporate. Those poor residents deserve better. She's a cruel human being.
