Country Time Inn

My mom has been at this facility for 3+ yrs. I have no complaints with the staff. They have by far been the most caring and compassionate place my mom has been. My concern is with the corporation that owns this place. The telephones have been messed up for well over a year now. You can only get in touch with someone during daytime hours. My mom has been very ill over the last year and I can never get through after 5pm to check on her. Luckily, I have a few of the staffs personal numbers. The women that work at this facility are exceptional human beings. They take of your family as if they were theirs. However, should something happen and I'm unable to get in touch with someone there to check on my mom, corporates going to have a bad day. The parent company is worth billions. You would think they could afford to fix the phones and get their brand new generator inspected.

The management team here is great. My grandmother has been here for 2 almost 3 years and this is like our second home. I fully trust the staff and Crystal the residential care coordinator is amazing. We’re always informed of my grandmother care and All of my questions and concerns get answered immediately. I fully trust my grandmother being there. I love it and so glad country time has become her home away from home. Highly recommend

Very clean facility and the staff are always very kind and provide excellent care for their residents. I love the multiple choices in areas to visit with residents. If you’re looking for affordable care for a loved one, Country Time is the place to be.

My mother has been at Country Time for around four years. She has been in three other places and by far Country Time has been the best! Everyone there is nice and very helpful if needed. It was hard to find a great place and it was a blessing to find Country Time assisted living! Thanks for everything! ❤

We recently had to place my Mother into a long term care faculty and Country Time has been incredible. From Shannon and Lisa, helping with the paperwork and answering any questions we have. To letting us know that she will be alright and that feel guilty about having to leave her there. I would recommend Country Time to anyone who wants to get the best care and attention to a loved one.
