Poor. Need more nursing staff especially at night. Facility should be advertised as nursing home instead of assisted living with the type of residents we witnessed.

Poor The facility was fairly clean. Medical care was not good Need more Medical staff

Short staffed. Utilizing staff to work multiple jobs One CNA said in one shift she goes from working as CNA. house keeping and in kitchen. Mom’s tray was placed in her lap when delivered. She is legally blind and needs assistance with eating. Also no bed side tables. Complained of chest pain one night and was told no nurse on duty and nurse would be there in am. My Mom could have died. The next day we made sure she went to hospital. I could go in depth of issues but I will stop here. The positives was the cleanliness and most nursing staff. Should not charge extra for nursing care if u are not capable of providing it

Very clean everywhere!! Staff are nice & residents seemed happy and relaxed.
