Our family is extremely grateful for level of care given to our Mother over the last year. The caregivers attention to detail and personal commitment to caring for their residents was outstanding. As her health unfortunately declined Country Villa and hospice care worked together seamlessly to keep our Mother comfortable with the least amount of pain possible. Thank You again to the wonderful staff and management!

The next best thing to having your loved one at home. I can't say enough great things about this place, from its modern, clean, comfy atmosphere to the loving, caring, compassionate staff. This place goes above and beyond the type of care you want for someone. Thank you to all the staff who cared for my friend like one of your own family members, no other place around compares.

DO NOT place a loved one here. At 1st they seem nice but then the care is minimal at best. They didn't feed my mother often because she didn't come when they knocked at her door (sleeping, in the bathroom, confused, etc.). This happened a lot where she missed meals - when I tried working with the administrator, she simply said a family member should be there every meal if we wanted to make sure she ate (I saved that e-mail). This is elder neglect! We moved my mother to another facility that rocked!!!!

Country Villa has been providing exceptional care for my mother for the past 3 years. The caregivers are attentive, engaged and kind with all of their interactions. The staff are always responsive and skilled at meeting all of our needs for her assistance and safety. The facility is always clean and comfortable. The people at Country Villa stepped up to be extended family support for the residents during the recent Covid-19 pandemic. It was an extremely difficult time without opportunities for family visits and family assistance. The staff worked at their best to manage the challenges that went on endlessly throughout the year of required isolation. We are forever grateful for their care.

This place is not fit for anyone. No LEADERSHIP, no respect for residents, vary rude inconsiderate behavior, adjective without due regard for the rights or feelings of others. They don't feed the residents good there. No one watching them sometimes and they make sure the employees eat. The administrator and the nurse and the owners of them places are a BIG joke. The greenbay press Gazette has alot to say. The employees who work their don't even check on the residents, they have to yell for help. The employees don't report things to a doctor that's important.
