Treated my family horribly and severely neglected my grandmother

My dog Rio and I have been visiting this facility every other week for a year. The facility is always clean and the residents seem to be well cared for. It is one of our favorite places to visit.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IT'S NOTHING BUT A JOKE HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MANY INCIDENTS IN THE SAME WEEK I MEAN HOW HARD IS IT TO DO YOUR JOB YOU WALK AROUND MAKE SURE EVERYBODY'S OKAY MAKE SURE THEY DON'T NEED ANYTHING AND YOU GO WRITE YOUR REPORTS IT'S JUST CRAZY THE STORIES I HEAR IT'S NOT EVEN JUST WITHIN RESIDENCE THE EMPLOYEES OURSELVES IF YOU'RE NOT A BOSSES PET THEN YOU GET TREATED LIKE TRASH I MEAN JUST WITHIN THE PAST WEEK THEY'VE ALREADY HAD TWO RESIDENTS DIE IN THE SAME WEEK FROM FALLS AND NO ONE ANSWERING THE CALL LIGHTS I MEAN YOU SHOULD NO THEY FELL OR OUT THE BED OR chair cuz the but beeper as some call it alarm you but nope they Wana say o it's a faulty light negative it cuz y'all are lazy and just treat this as a baby sitting job news flash it's not if that's what y'all want go work elsewhere

My mom is staying there and they love her and take amazing care for her. Every time I’m on the phone with her, someone is stopping by her room asking her how she’s doing or if she needs a snack :) 100% would recommend
