Not sure how there are ANY positive reviews. My mom was sent here for short term rehab. The nurse/ med techs were awful! They told her that they would not help her to the bathroom and that she needed to use a diaper. A couple of days later, I walked in (unannounced) to a nurse scolding my mother in the bathroom; standing over her in her wheel chair. They talk to the patients with no respect of dignity. They only checked her blood sugar one time the entire week she was there. Her health quickly declined; she told the staff for days that she was having a hard time breathing. NOBODY listened. I finally made the call for the doctor to send her to the hospital and SO thankful I did. She had severe pneumonia (her O2 sat was low 80's high 70's) and her blood sugar was 560!!! Will not send her back and you should not send your loved one there either!

My experience at Country Village was positive. When my Sister was unable to care for herself any longer and we were unable to provide the care she needed at home, we made the decision to move her to Country Village where she received excellent care from all the staff to include medical care, ADL care, and physical therapy in a clean and beautiful environment. Most of all, she developed meaningful relationships with many of the staff members, they were all truly caring and loving and I can’t thank them enough for the positive impact they had on her at the end of her life.

My family’s experience with Country Village was a positive one. The staff was friendly and respectful to my mother. She received excellent medical and personal hygiene care. The activities staff did a great job providing fun experiences. The facility was always clean. Between my brothers and myself a family member was visiting almost everyday so we would have noticed if something was being neglected. Country Village helped our family through a difficult time in our lives.

First of all my mother was hell bent on not being placed in a full time care facility, but after many emergency visits and hospital stays, she came to her own conclusion that she needed more full time care. So here we are a year later, safe, healthy, fed, bathed and treated like a human being. Each nurse, assistant, doctor etc, they all know her by name and treat her with the utmost respect and compassion. This place was a God send and I am forever grateful for Country Village team, they really do care and in my opinion that is priceless.🙏

If you have a loved one, please don’t send them here. My Mom went into Country village on Dec 27th for rehab for a broken hip. While there every time we visited, she was lethargic and never had water by her bed. I talked to several nurses about not giving her any new medications or giving her more than what the hospital had given her. She spent a week at the hospital, before going to rehab and had no issues. They kept her pain in check, but she was alert and talking. After only 5 days at country village they sent her by ambulance to the hospital, because they thought she had a stroke. Turns out the diagnosis was over medicated and dehydrated. Unfortunately, she passed away a week later.
