Caring, fun, concerned, family atmosphere, hands on! Could not ask for better care for my father who resides at The Country House.

We just moved my dad into CountryHouse last week and while he's still in somewhat of an adjustment period right now, I've been very impressed in my communication with the staff. Ever since my first phone call prior to his admission, Maranda has been nothing but kind, understanding and responsive with us. Her calming presence really helped put us at ease throughout the process- and It's evident she cares about the residents and their well-being. The community is clean, safe and gives off a very home-like atmosphere with capable, attentive staff. Megan, The Memory Care Manager is extremely knowledgeable, skilled in what she does and has been very accommodating with my dad's needs. Brooke, the Life Enrichment Coordinator goes above and beyond to offer a variety of special, engaging activities and outings for the residents on a consistent basis ( considerably more than a lot of other communities we had toured before finding CountryHouse). I'm confident my dad will be in good hands here.

We visited many places when looking for a place for my father. Most of them were local to me which would be 3 hours from Cumberland.. But my father had always said he wanted to go back to Cumberland where he grew up. After visiting there was not even a question. Clean, friendly caring staff, addition to the needs of the residents and willing to answer any of the family questions anytime. I would highly recommend this facility.

We are so happy with the care Dad gets at Country House! His primary care givers are AMAZING. They take our calls at any time of day to let us know how he is doing. When we come to visit they greet us and let us know how he is doing, how he's eating, and every detail of his well being. Everyone on the staff is caring, and always has an amazing amount of patience and love. The facility is clean, and the meals are good. One of Dad's primary care givers came in early on Christmas to have Dad dressed and ready for us. It is such a blessing to know Dad is so well cared for.
