Courtyard Fountains Assisted Living Community

Mom is in AL here and I can't say enough about the excellent care she receives. The staff really cares about her and it shows in how happy my mom is living there. The director, Jessica, is down to earth and reachable, no matter what the situation. I love how communicative and transparent staff is when there are issues or concerns. They always do their best. Thank you!

Courtyard Fountains is such a welcoming and comfortable place. One of the things that makes it stand out is having a hospitality director which you don’t often see in communities. The whole community has such a friendly, warm vibe and it’s clear that everyone who lives or works here is treated with care.

I’ve had a great experience with Courtyard Fountains. The community here strikes a wonderful balance between comfort and independence, and it truly feels like home. One of the best things about this place is the friendly and attentive staff they’re welcoming, helpful, and make residents feel valued.

Cannot say enough about how great our experience of Courtyard Fountains has been. Beginning with Sherie Storr, every staff member ranging from reception to the dining hall, maintenance, and housecleaning, is professional, personable, and ensures every resident and their family's experience is positive. The well maintained independent apartments are quiet and provide residents the comfort of their own space while including so many amenities that support great quality of life. Again, we so enjoy the services and community provided by staff, and of course, all of the wonderful residents our dad has grown to call dear friends.

I come in as a vendor and have always noticed how lively the place is so when I mentioned that to the lady at the front desk, she asked for an honest review so here it is. Every time I have been in there is something going on, the other day it was a country singer. Not even my style of music but it was fun to see the people having a good time. I go in and out of similar facilities every week and they all seem kinda lame compared to Courtyard. I look forward to the stops I do there because the staff are accommodating and have good energy. As an outside that kind of just drops in at random times I feel like nothing is for show and that this place is genuinely nice. If my mom ends up moving up from Cali I would definitely consider placing here at Courtyard. Oh, and check their bistro out, the prices are good! I got an Italian soda there and a protein (cheese and meat) box for cheap cheap.
