My father, who has dementia, has been at Courtyard Manor for about four years now, and I have been very pleased with the level of service and the very caring nature of the staff. From all of my interactions, I know that my dad really enjoys and appreciates the staff, and they sincerely, care about his health and well-being. Marlene in particular, the head nurse, is an absolute gem and so patient with my father, and I can’t thank her and the rest of the team enough for all of the kindness and love they provide to my father and his final years. I would definitely recommend Courtyard Manor to others.

Our Mom moved to Courtyard Farmington Hills two months ago. We are very pleased with how they operate and feel it is the best place for our Mom. She had been at 2 other places but as her dementia progressed neither of the other places she lived was able to consistently and effectively address her needs. Staff are always around, always friendly, and are responsive to our Mom’s needs. The place is always clean and there are a lot of regular activities during the week, along with many excursions and special activities.

My loved one has been at courtyard manor for almost 6 years. While I have had a lot of challenges in the past with care to my loved one I must say now since a change in management, I am very satisfied with the care that is being provided. When I have issues they are addressed promptly and resolved effectively to my satisfaction. If you chose courtyard manor your loved one will have a clean, secure environment, with caring staff.

Her genuine care, compassion, and understanding made a heartbreaking experience as bearable as it could be. Mary Beth wasn’t just doing her job—she walked with us every step of the way, offering comfort, guidance, and emotional support that went far beyond what we ever anticipated. I cannot overstate how much her kindness meant to us. The entire team demonstrated extraordinary patience and sympathy, providing my father with the care and attention he needed during his final days. They treated him like family, and that kind of love and compassion is something that cannot be measured. For anyone considering memory care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Courtyard Manor enough. At the very least, take the time to speak with Mary Beth.
