Nothing but great things to say about Jackie and her team. They go above and beyond their job responsibilities. Anyone considering this Facility can rest assure that their loved one will be in great hands!

Courtyard manor of Swartz Creek is the best place to move your loved one. Jackie and her staff treat every resident like family. The meals are home cooked and activities and events are by far amazing.

Finding care for our mother was overwhelming and appearing hopeless. She had many obstacles including dementia. Referred by a professional in the field. If this is where a medical professional would bring their loved ones, it was worth being checked out. Once meeting Jackie and the staff, it was clear This was the right placed for my mother. Since day 1 they were incredible in welcoming and giving her top care. With all of her special needs and care, the ladies there never waiviered. I am grateful for their care. Everyone went beyond for my loved one and will do the same for yours. Courtyard Manor is the right choice in this difficult situation.

I moved my mother to Courtyard Manor a little over a month ago and I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door, and I'm still impressed every time I come to visit my mother, need to text Jackie (the manager), or call and speak to one of the staff. Everyone who works there loves their job and it is proven by their ready smiles, pleasant greetings, willingness to listen (even when a long list of duties await them), and their genuine kindness and compassion. For me, as the daughter, all of this is wonderful, but what is more important to me is my mother's care. For the first time since moving out of my home because I could not longer care for her, my mother feels safe and secure. She feels respected and loved. Her phone calls and text messages to me always include an accolade or two about Jackie and her marvelous staff. Now, she calls me and tells me I no longer need to worry about her. I cannot express in words what a relief it is to hear these words. Courtyard Manor in Swartz Creek should become the benchmark for all assisted living facilities. The staff treats every resident as though he is she is a family member. They come when my mother calls and check-in on her regularly. If she's late for a meal, they come to her room to get her and happily wheel her down to the dining room. If my mother is not feeling well, they call me and let me know. Jackie calls me when someone she doesn't know wants to come visit my mother. She wants to be sure I approve, as well as protect those under her care. My mother lived at two other homes prior to coming to Courtyard Manor and I worried about her care and safety. I called her nearly everyday to check-in on her, because I wanted to be certain she was okay. I didn't take a vacation that took me further than 3.5 hours away, just in case my mother called me crying and needed me. A tearful call was not unusual, until I moved her to Courtyard. Now, for the first time in over two years, I'm taking a vacation out-of-state. I'm relaxed and not worried because I know my mother is in exceptional hands and her band of angels will care for her until I return home. I humbly apologize for the long post, but know I could continue because my praise for Courtyard Manor, Jackie, and her staff deserves a much longer post. God bless you all for being there for my mother. Donna
