COURTYARD PLAZA

Absolutely a wonderful facility. staff is so caring. It’s absolutely beautiful

1 1/2 minute read: I had the pleasure (today) of visiting Courtyard Plaza for the first time. I’ve driven by, many times before. Interestingly, someone I know (my brother DAVID), recently became a resident at Courtyard Plaza. I finally got a chance to go pay him a visit. The facility is located between Van Ness Street, on the Southside and Sherman Way at its Northside. Then, on the Westside, Van Nuys Blvd flows steadily. The neighborhood has a lot of trees. Very nice. To gain entrance, a buzzer must be pushed, located at the main entrance. I was greeted at the door by GINA, who is the person at the registration desk. “My grandmother lived at Court yard Plaza for three years. What an amazing facility. what an Amazing staff. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and had a fantastic view over. The rooms were big for standards. I can’t complain about this facility. All of the facility was clean and modern. The food is great.

If i could only give them zero stars. The administration woman is horrible and rude without any manners or professionalism. She needs to be fired.

Courtyard Plaza was a nice facility. At least until the new director took over. Evelina (last name is unknown, as she never provides it when talking to her) is less than professional. That is stating it nicely. I have over 30 years working & running non-profit facilities. She has no people skills, warmth, or understanding of the people she cares for or their family. I would seriously reconsider placing a lived one there.
