Courtyard Retirement & Assisted Living, Inc.-Level 3

My mother has been a resident at Courtyard for nearly 3 years now! They filled a void in my moms care that we couldn't match. The socialization with others in the same stage of life was priceless! She's happy, engaged in life again .. and it was possible through their care & guidance. We have peace of mind knowing she's had the most wonderful care! Thanks to Nick, Ms. Nelda, Ms. Margaret and all the wonderful staff that provide the support she now needs.

We love Courtyard Retirement Community!!! The employees are amazing...kind, helpful, and generous of time and energy to make our brother's stay pleasant and comfortable. Food service is great...offering 2 or 3 choices for each meal. Good-ole home Louisiana home cooking! Courtyard offers many opportunities for its residents to interact and be involved in entertaining activities...live entertainment, off-site trips, games, bingo, exercise classes, fishing in their pond, church... Everyone on staff is helpful, accommodating, and accessible. Working with the Courtyard Staff is not like "dealing with" other "cooperate" facilities we have experienced in the past. Our parents are very happy living at Courtyard. They have their independence but get help with things that had become a lot of work for them at their age, like cooking, groceries, housework. Best of all is that everyone on the staff is very KIND. Everyone, from office to maintenance to kitchen, is friendly, respectful, patient, and attentive. Wonderful attitude that is hard to keep year after year in a work culture.

Courtyard Manor is a great facility for seniors who need just a little help in day to day activities. I’m very pleased with the service my husband receives there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs extra help. It is a secure place with kind employees who are always interested in making the residents feel loved and cared for.

The staff at Courtyard Manner has proven to be caring and professional in all elderly care. They give me a piece of mind know my family member is living her life to the fullest. Thank you Courtyard staff for all your help and support!
