COURTYARD TOWERS

I rented a place for 3 days here from a private owner. Vince Unit 410. The first 2 days were great, then we were locked out of our place due to a technical error that the management took 7 hours to resolve. I had to call the police in the end, that was the only way he would do something. He told me he did everything he could. Not acceptable, all he had to do was have a key in place with someone or somewhere in the building. That's common sense. I asked for a refund for the one night because it was a great inconvenience to us. He said no he wouldn't do that. When the vendor I went thru tried to call them ,no one would answer or return calls. I would think twice about renting here.

I had quite an interesting experience touring Forge Tower. Initially, I toured with Sierra and she was fantastic. I was interested in an apartment on the top (14th) floor. Sierra was very clear about the relevant fees and the 10 weeks free special. After a few days, I decided to look at the apartment again, this time with a different leasing agent. After the tour, she informed me that the 10 weeks free did not apply to the top floor apartments. I showed her the pricing sheet that Sierra drafted for me. She said that she would be willing to honor the 10 weeks free if I applied today. After I told her that I could get back to her in a few days, she informed me that she could not honor the 10 weeks free after close of business. The whole situation felt like a sales tactic to get me to apply. I was extremely interested in Forge Tower but this situation turned me away. I even waited a few days before writing this review to see if anyone would reach out to no avail. I am extremely disappointed because I wanted to rent here.

When I toured Forge Tower, I fell in love with it! The apartments are the perfect size if you live alone. Special recognition goes to, Sierra, she was so accommodating and very personable. I can't wait to be a part of the community. :)

Sierra is a great leasing agent and is very thorough! The apartments are so cute and my move in so far has been very smooth. I love the amenities as well. They did a great job with the renovation!

The staff are absolutely phenomenal and reliable. Not only do I feel safe here, I feel welcomed. Everything is clean and the noise level is nonexistent. The property is perfectly positioned to tempt you with exploring your surroundings. Pets are appreciated and the amenities will make you feel spoiled. There's always activities being done so you'll never be bored. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in the Mesa area.
