COURTYARDS AT RIVER PARK

Our initial meeting and tour of the property with Stacey today was awesome! The property is beautiful!! The apartment unit very well laid out! We look forward to becoming a resident of this beautiful property in the near future!!

Went to run a delivery around 10pm 05/19 I parked in the front while waiting on my client to give me the gate code and this old man in a black truck comes bombing out of the apartment complex, parks right next to me and starts forcefully throwing water balloons at my car saying I'm trespassing and threatened to call the police on me and then took off. I was a little shook up and left as quick as I could so I had to cancel my clients order This is not what I expect to see in a place labeled a "luxury apartment"

In the last few days, there was a major water disaster in my home. I had heard about River Park Place from a friend who had moved there this past December. I walked in the same day of the disaster, and immediately felt at home and taken care of. Mindy and Stacey took charge and have me scheduled to move in the end of April. They showed so much kindness and compassion and I can never thank them enough! The apartments and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and I'm so looking forward to making my home there! Thanks to Mindy, Stacey and Autumn too!

I have lived at River Park Place for the past 2 years and had a great experience. As a woman living alone in her 20’s I can honestly say I would recommend this complex to any of my friends. I’ve never felt unsafe and all the staff is very friendly. Maintenance is always extremely timely and helpful. Neighbors are also quiet and friendly. Overall a great place to live.

I’ve said before that RPP exceeds by far any other place where I’ve rented the last 40 years in Mexico and in the USA. I recently read the comments of someone having to leave the property to go take care of her mom, feeling sad and nostalgic about it. Dylan is my favorite guy in the property and in a way they all are! It’s management and operational systems, their performance stokes excellence and one can only feel thankful to live here. BUT GEORGE blew my heart late last night after trying to fix my A/C without luck, I should probably say chance, and left at my doorstep a small electrical A/C unit to place in my room to help me pass the night!!! And despite the noise hahaha THAT WAS INCREDIBLY AWESOME !!!! But he’s that … AWESOME !
