My dad's favorite part of the day is lunch in the dining room. He raves about the food quality and says the kitchen staff accommodates his dietary needs without making him feel like a burden. That attention to detail matters so much.

honestly i went back and forth on a few places before we landed on covenant glen and im really glad we did. moms been there almost 3 months now and the staff actually remembers little details about her what she likes to eat, her name, stuff like that. the common areas are always clean and she dosnt seem as lonely as she did at home. not perfect but pretty close tbh

My mother has been at Covenant Glen for eight months now, and the transformation in her confidence has been remarkable. The staff knows her by name, remembers how she takes her coffee, and actually listen when she talks about her day. It's clear they genuinely care.

The staff is friendly. Communication with the family is good. The director is pretty busy, but does a good job. The food seems to be good. The facility is clean. Housekeeping is done, but I don't think it's as often as it should be. When they do clean, they do a great job. They just don't seem to clean as often as promised., but I understand that could also be due to short staffing. They do offer transportation, but we use the in house Dr. They also have a pretty good variety of activities and exercise for the residents, we're happy with that. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Overall, we're happy with the facility.

We visited a family member today at Covenant Glen. Upon arrival, I didn’t see any patients. However, we found out we parked in the wrong area and had a longer walk to the memory care area. We found our loved one waiting in this area to start an exercise class, At the start of this class, the sewage company brought their equipment through this room and said, “It’s about ready to get cold in here.” I wondered if they could have managed the timing of this a bit better. Who wants to see the sewer company come through with their tanks? No smell but the impression? They did not have enough weights or rubber bands for the patients. The instructor was fun and made the class enjoyable for the rest of the patients. One of the staff members told me they don’t have a nurse on site, but one comes through periodically. I think this must be standard protocol because I found this same thing at another facility. The staff seemed nice. The place did not smell and it looked clean.
