COZY FAMILY CARE

I want to put in a great word for Cozy Family Care in Hercules. It is now under new ownership, but I continue to be very happy with my 96 y.o. mom's placement last year. Her caregiver, Celia has been there for 9 years now and is a true blessing. She knows all, and communicates immediately by text when I have any questions or when she has any concerns. The rollercoaster transition in the beginning was challenging as I expected it would be but the addition of having such GREAT communication with the facility made things much more manageable especially compared to our expensive large memory care experience. The bright and sunny home setting add such a sense of calm and caring. Board and care facilities are definitely an underrated resource. Everyone's journey is different but I know my mom is in the right place at this time in her life. Cozy Family Care is a jewel among board & cares in the East Bay.

Rachel the owner is an amazing truly caring woman. She is an absolute blessing for my sweetheart who does everything to make my Patty comfortable and loved. The food is healthy and excellent. I am confident Patty is in special care till her life's journey comes to an end. excellent excellent and
