CRANBERRY COURT ASSISTED LIVING II

When a family member was staying in this facility, I went to visit and it unprofessional to say the least. I went in the door and rang the bell. No one came. Finally someone came out of the kitchen and basically said, “uhh, do you need something?” Meanwhile, the bell is going off throughout the entire facility and everyone is ignoring it……. During this visit I not only helped another resident tie her shoes, but also checked in on the woman in the room next to my family member because she was repeatedly calling for someone to come to her side and there was no workers in sight. That was my first unfortunate visit. My other did not go well either as staff KNEW about some shady dealings going on between residents, but instead tried to blame my aunt for my family member getting a hold of what she shouldn’t have. The staff is negligent and careless. I would not send any of my family to this facility ever again.

Cranberry Court Assisted Living provides excellent care in a warm, welcoming environment. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly make residents feel at home. It’s a wonderful place for comfort, safety, and community.

Cranberry Court has a wonderful atmosphere and staff, I’m very glad we utilized their facilities for my great grandfather. They managed to maintain a happy healthy environment for him and to them I owe it all 🥰🥰
