Cranberry Park of West Bloomfield

My mother in law is in memory care at cranberry park and i couldn’t be more impressed with their caring and the facility. Crystal , Robin and Delores lead an excellent support staff who are passionate about their work and keeping the residents in good spirits. I would recommend Cranberry Park to anyone considering extra care for their loved ones

My mother recently moved in and I can’t be more impressed with the new management. Robin,Pam and Crystal are not only wonderful people but are passionate about what they do. The entire staff is kind and attentive. Thank you for being there to help me during this transitional time.

My cousin has been in the assisted living program for several months. She is doing well and thriving. She loves the food. 😀. Michelle in Sales is excellent. She is available and willing to help get the appropriate personnel to help. The staff is attentive and willing to work with us.

My mom has been at Cranberry Park for over a year now. She is very happy there and is able to keep her cat there with her. The rooms are very spacious and the place is always very clean with a modern look. The staff is very caring and I feel very confident my mom is well taken care of. She loves playing Bingo and enjoys the entertainment there as well. I like that it's small and intimate and not overwhelming. I would totally recommend this place if vou're looking for Assisted living or Memory Care.

My husband has been here for almost a year and I’m happy to write about the positive changes I’ve seen. I will start with the new Wellness Director. As a result, the care has been improved tremendously! She is hands on and very personable. I finally feel I can rest knowing he is in good hands. Additionally, seeing the same staff every day is reassuring to not only me but to my husband as well. This place is a diamond in the ruff and I’m glad we stuck around to see it shine! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their loved one to be cared for like family.
