Staff is so rude :/

Called to talk to someone about possibly a job. Person on the other end of phone was rude and short with me. Staff needs better phone etiquette.

I am a home health nurse and I frequently see the residents here. The facility is beautiful and it is always clean. Residents are happy, clean and well cared for. Staff here have gone above and beyond to keep the residents’ moods lifted, particularly this summer during COVID-19 restrictions. Staff have a positive attitude as well. I have recommended this facility to people in my community who are looking for employment and also to those who may be in need of assisted living. I enjoy coming to see my patients here, and I know that the recommendations I make are heard and adhered to.
