As an entertainer, I go into many assisted living homes. This one is always spotlessly clean. The staff some very helpful. The residents seem well cared for and happy.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Vanessa and Elizabeth multiple times, and they are both consistently professional, sincere, and genuinely compassionate. They ask the tough questions to ensure nothing is overlooked for her clients. Whenever Vanessa or Elizabeth calls, I know it’s going to be a great experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Vanessa and her agency to any of my friends or family.

My Mom recently passed after living with the angels at Lake Pleasant Assisted Living for over 3 years. Our family has been so blessed to know that our Mother was cared for so well over these years. It was hard to let go and it is such a blessing to know during her last years that she was so well cared for and treated with such Love, Kindness and Respect. The entire staff were always to kind to our whole family as well and made us feel so welcome when we where there. They even let us have family events there, so that we could all be there together. I wish that every person could have this kind of care and live in a Beautiful home like Lake Pleasant Assisted Living, it sure would make the world a Better Place. I’m convinced that the owner of this facility, Vanessa, is an actual earth-angel. Not only is her facility beautiful and luxurious, but she is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I have met. When you need to find help or home for your loved one, it’s a lot to manage mentally and emotionally. You need someone like Vanessa to guide you and educate you throughout the process. When I had to find a care home for my mother, I do not know what I would have done without Vanessa and her team. The guidance and follow up she provided was such a comfort and a literal answer to my prayers. Exceptional place to bring your family/ loved ones in. With over 13 years of experience in the hospital/emergency settings, I can rest assured that Vanessa the owner along with her well trained staff can take care of my loved one. On top of giving their all in attention to the residents, they always keep them happy and busy with activities and games and always include the families in everything they do. By far the best place for your loved one to call home away from home.
