They never answer the phone. Never return calls. The manager is manager of 3 facilities. She's never at the location I visit. The staff turnover is alarming. So little staff. Overworked. Patients suffering neglect.

I have a family member who was recently placed at CLE Bayside about 4 months ago. I was able to go visit her recently and was appalled at what I encountered. My biggest concern was that there was one staff to cover the 20 residents there. That is totally unacceptable! This poor woman was running around trying to care for everyone which was not fair to her!. I wasn't sure if the staff member was a CNA or a nurse.If she was a CNA, my question would be “How are the residents receiving their meds?” In addition to the short staff, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the facility (floors were sticky, rooms were filthy, etc!) Another concern was the personnel hygiene of the residents. With only one staff member (and no administrator or conceivable person “in charge "present), How are the residents being assisted in showering or getting their basic needs met?
