CREEKSIDE ALZHEIMER'S SPECIAL CARE CENTER

This review is long overdue. My mother was a resident at Creekside from January 25, 2021, until her passing on November 20, 2025. As the only in-state caregiver for my mom, Creekside was truly a God-send. I never had to worry about her when I traveled, and I always knew she was loved and well cared for. The leadership and staff—especially the caregivers—genuinely care about the residents. During her entire time there, I had no complaints, and I was at the facility almost every day(when not traveling). A special thank-you to Executive Director Debbie for running such a tight ship; it shows in every aspect of how the community is managed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for both my mother and me.

My wife has been in Creekside for over 3 years and has been cared for in the best and most professional way. I have never had any reason to complain about anything. The staff is well trained and caring about all the residents.

The staff at Creekside Alzheimer’s Special Care Center truly go above and beyond for their residents. The facility is always clean, and the team treats everyone with compassion, patience, and respect. It’s comforting to know there are caregivers who genuinely care about making a difference in people’s lives. Highly recommend!

I’ve been very impressed with the level of care provided at Creekside. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels safe, respected, and cared for. You can tell they genuinely love what they do — they treat residents like family and always take the time to engage with them patiently and kindly.

I just want to start by saying I love this place!!! Ive stopped by on several occasions and the residents are always engaged in activities and the atmosphere has a home feeling. I love the staff and how they care for the residents. I met Shontel who is new to the community, and she was a joy and seems very knowledgeable she made my visit very pleasant and informative. I give this facility a 10 and will refer patients to this company.
