CRESCENT OAKS

“Crescent Oaks Memory Care lacks proper supervision and has insufficient staff. Communication with management is slow, and requests for care or repairs are often ignored. I do not recommend this facility for anyone seeking a safe and attentive environment.”

Deborah was excellent in greeting us, explained the services provided and the kind family behind the Crescent Oaks Memory Care facility. She also gave us a tour around the facility and introduced us to some of the team members and residents. We are very impressed with everything Deborah showed us. We feel a sense of warmth and kindness. I pray that my father would be lucky enough to have the opportunity to be admitted here after we help him to go through the process.

I just want to Thank the staff at Crescent Oaks for taking such good care of my Aunt. She has been at this facility for a year suffering with alzheimer's and I truly believe if it wasn't for the loving staff here we would not have had as much time as we did with her. She was at a previous facility for 1 month and was so unhappy in horrible conditions it was stomach turning. What an unbelievable difference. She was so happy and loved the staff, food, bingo night among a list of other interactive activities. Our strolls outside to see the beautiful gardens etc.. A place to celebrate her 92nd birthday that will last forever in our family's memories. From Geraldine who has mastered creating activities, events and decorating for every holiday amongst keeping families updated with monthly food/activity schedules. To the bond she had with Monica who always did her hair in a new style and made her feel beautiful. When it was time to say goodbye the staff was there holding our hands with tears and such care. In my time there I watched them do the same with other patients and there families. When it was time for ours I then, truly understood how much it made a difference to have them by our side the entire time. I'm sorry this is so long and not enough room to list the whole staff but I am so grateful for you all.This has been an experience that words can not express. Thank you!

I truly appreciate everyone here who took care of my great aunt Olivia. She struggled with alzheimers but was still able to talk about her day and how she was doing :) she loved this place and felt comfortable with the people who took care of her. Before living at Crescent Oaks, she lived at another facility where it was the complete opposite. She constantly wanted to leave and felt uncomfortable with the staff. So she very much understood how having caring staff who work hard to provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment can make such a difference. I need to thank Geraldine, who constantly goes above and beyond in keeping this place lively with activities, among the many other responsibilities she has♥️There's so much more I could say but knowing Oly spent her last year in such a safe space is something I will always be grateful for♥️Thank you to everyone at Crescent Oaks♥️

Thank you so much to the staff of Crescent Oaks Memory Care for their dedication, care and unwavering support of residents and their families especially during the time of COVID 19. While adhering to all the guidelines, they creatively facilitated window visits, so while we could not physically be near our mom during her last weeks, we could talk to her and see her daily. We are forever grateful for the memories of that special interaction. When searching for an appropriate place for her care a year ago, the moment we entered the facility noticed the cozy, cheerful, bright atmosphere, and several residents engaged in a music activity. We felt that we had found the right fit for her, providing an appropriate balance of care, comfort and engagement as she progressed, working with her hospice team. We would highly recommend Crescent Oaks.
