CRESTAVILLA

I currently have a long-time friend who is a resident of Crestavilla. This after being a resident at another different facility close by. The first facility, while considered one of the best, was nothing like Crestavilla. Starting with the appearance, it was very nicely appointed - even elegant one might say. But it was institutional...no getting away from that in appearance. Crestavilla, on the other hand, looks like a high-end, resort spa...what a refreshing change. But what was worse, at the first facility we were not heard when we asked for simple accommodations for our friend. Simple things that would help our friend blossom and embrace his new surroundings. Something so vital and crucial at that point in life...but we were left without regard or any action. Crestavilla has been so very, very different from the start. The entire staff is very attentive to the needs of every resident, and they respond with action to support their intentions...not just empty words. Our friend is experiencing an amazing turn around from the person he was before. I cannot say enough good and kind words about Crestavilla. The facility, the staff and the other residents make this place truly special among care facilities. Believe me...I have seen the alternatives.

Crestavilla is fabulous! We moved my Mom into memory care from another facility down the road and the experience has been night and day! As soon as Mom wakes up (on her own time 😊), she is assisted in her morning care routine and helped with getting ready for the start of her day. Then, she is able to join the rest of the residents, doing activities outside of her room for the entire day with hands on and cheerful interaction with the Crestavilla staff. On our visits, we are always greeted and welcomed with friendly faces. We get professional guidance and emotional support regarding Mom’s condition and health plan. The facility is always very clean, Mom’s room is always kept clean, the grounds and decorating are always top notch, and the food is fresh, healthy, and delicious! We love Crestavilla, and most of all, we love how our mom has been responding and thriving at Crestavilla!

Crestavilla is truly like a five-star resort for seniors. My mother has lived there for over two years, and the staff has been incredibly kind, loving, and attentive. They made her transition from living independently to moving into Crestavilla so smooth and reassuring. She was hesitant at first, but it has turned out to be a wonderful experience for her and our entire family. I can’t recommend Crestavilla highly enough! Warmest regards, Lori McGuire

My mom has been at Crestvilla for some time now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that you are in good hands—the staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of service is top-notch, and the quality of care is evident in every interaction. The residence itself is beautiful, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. There are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged, and the food is consistently high quality and enjoyable. Knowing that my mom is happy, safe, and well cared for at Crestvilla brings me peace of mind every day.

family member moved here and they went the extra mile. easy moving process and lots of activities... but not too many. everyone here is very warm hearted. reasonable priced meals to join a family member if you want. if they miss a meal there's a bistro to do grab and go. 2x a week happy hours on the roof top lounge. love the art classes and so many options for group exercise every day! my relative said that the pool feels perfect. prices are supposed to go up January 1, 2026, so if you're considering it the time is now. toured vivante too and this place doesn't have a salad bar, but they have salad on the menu and there is no charge for parking. Worked with Geoff and highly recommend him!
