Cresthaven Senior Living Community continues to impress me with how much they care about creating joyful experiences for their residents. Today, the residents are especially excited for the Halloween party, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make it memorable. Every car in the parking area has its trunk decorated for Halloween so the residents can walk around, visit each one, and pick up candy—just like the traditional “trunk-or-treat.” It’s such a thoughtful way to make sure everyone can participate safely and comfortably. The staff has worked incredibly hard preparing for this event, making sure residents will not only enjoy candy but also experience a fun Halloween show. You can truly see the teamwork and genuine care they put into everything they do. On top of that, they even invited children from a local elementary school to join in and pick up candy from the staff, which brings so much joy and intergenerational connection to the community. The Halloween party starts today at 1:30, and the excitement is definitely in the air! Cresthaven also plans to host more celebrations for Thanksgiving and Christmas, showing that they truly value community, traditions, and making the residents feel special year-round. I’m really grateful for the positive, vibrant atmosphere they create. Highly recommend!

My mom has been living here for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for her. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive they truly treat her like family. Every time I visit, I can see how much care and effort they put into making sure residents are comfortable, happy, and engaged.

The new management that took over is terrible she doesn't care about the residents, the food is horrible, the care of the patients is the worst I've ever seen the nursing staff is nasty to the patients, the rooms are dirty & several fridges have mold growing in the the board of health needs to come & see this mess a couple came in to look at the place decided it was a good place to put mom within 24 hrs he removed mom because she wasn't checked on she woke up in a soaked filled diaper & bed & did not get 2 meals. The new management steals money from residents. She tell the cook to buy the cheapest foods he can find its the worst foods you can eat ppl sit in the dining room vomiting as they are eating. When private aids help the residents & she finds out she fires them. A patient went off the pavement with her wheelchair & was screaming for help there were 2 cnas at the end of the hall & never helped her they were too busy speaking in their language to worry about a patient

I wouldn't recommend this establishment for your loved one's care. My relative has experienced clothing theft, his memory issues are overlooked, and the staff allows him to care for himself without supervision. In addition to the fecal buildup in his buttocks during a recent visit, despite his clothes not being wet, he smelled of urine, he required a thorough bath due to hygiene concerns. Personal care was neglected, taking over 25 minutes to clean him at home. Additionally, new clothing I purchase for him often goes missing. Upon laundering the attire he was wearing, I discovered an alternate name inscribed on the clothing, this highlights a lapse in management and attention to detail.
