I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The wait time was extremely long, and the staff did not communicate clearly about delays or the process. I felt rushed during the visit, and my concerns were not addressed thoroughly. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and efficiency. I would not recommend this urgent care based on my experience.

They have you check in through a text link and one of the questions is which drug store would you like? I put my choice. 1 hr or so later I was called in the MEDICAL ASST took my vitals and asked me what pharmacy do I want (from the check in time and the called my name time, well that pharmacy changed) because cvs closes at 6pm and I would not make it in time, so when the MEDICAL ASST ASKED ME WHAT PHARMACY I SAID WALGREENS . Well she might as well not asked me because that change wasn’t made and that night and still the next day I still don’t have my proscription because URGENT CARE sent it to CVS and I couldn’t pick it up @ Walgreens because the ASST. didn’t make that obvious important change to my choice of pharmacy!!! And when I called urgent care the next day they said you told us to change it to Walgreens! And made it seems like it was all my fault . Excuse me for telling the MEDICAL ASST THAT I WANTED TO CHANGE PHARMACY AND SHE DIDNT TAKE NOTE OF THAT SO THAT I COULD'VE GOTTEN MY PRESCRIPTION THE SAME DAY AS MY VISIT! So here I am still without my prescription.

Attentive receptionist. Intake nurse Chris most helpful. PAs Lacey and Tim show their interest with your issues or condition. Their explanation treatment plans are direct and simple for patients to follow up. I am so grateful to be able to go to Urgent Care and feel good about the service I receive whenever it's needed. Bless the staff

I went in on New years Eve. It was already packed on the lobby with a wait time of an hour. It didn't really feel that long. They got me in and the PA came into the exam room quick. She thoroughly checked me out and prescribed the me necessary medication. I was feeling better in two days. I will definitely return to Citrus Valley if needed.

I was seen today at urgent care, front office and back office staff was extremely nice. I have to give Dr David Suhr, 10 stars…really took the time to listen to me, genuinely caring person, very professional and made you feel safe. Explain and suggested things to help me recovery . Thank you for your kindness. We need more Dr like him.
