Beware, they are great at selling this place but not great at giving you what they sold. The restaurant is a disaster. The wait time for food at times is an hour plus. They have no dietary menus for diabetics. Assist button, you may have to wait an hour to find out if anybody is going to help you. No one is checking on you to find out if it is an emergency. There are emergency pull cords in your bedroom and in your bathroom but that only helps you if that's where you fall. They do an evaluation every 6 months on your care level. They will increase your care level but I have not seen an increase in care. Unfortunately there are a lot of costs to move into a place that are not refundable. Don't get me wrong they're a great people working at this place and do a great job. I personally just feel there's a lot of things that have been mismanaged and need to be improved upon.

Such a great and caring place. I live 1800 miles away and I always know these folks will take care of our loved one. Recently my mom had to go to the hospital on a Sunday when Creston had no drivers on staff to bring her back and their activities director, Julie, volunteered on her day of to go pick her up. You hear stories about homes not caring - this is not one of them :)

Had a lovely tour with Crystal Lawrence Director of Marketing. I was inquiring about possible respite care at Creston Village for my elderly mother after a procedure. Ms. Lawrence was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all questions. My mother will be comfortable and well taken care of at Creston Village. Thank you

My Mother moved into Creston Village in 2016 as an assisted living resident at age 92. She enjoyed her independence and meeting residents with similar interests. Living nearby we would visit regularly and the care she has received is excellent. About a year ago, her memory began to fail and after consultation with staff, she transitioned to memory care. She was friends with several other memory care residents, which made the transition very easy for her. There are many activities that keep her engaged and happy. The staff is very attentive, calm and caring. A great place for a loved one.

My grandparents lived with my family, but they eventually moved to Brookdale, they LOVED it! They lived there from 2014 to 2017 (my grandpa died 2/24/16). They eventually bought a home 2 doors down from our house. They really loved Brookdale. It's a shame my grandpa died, or else my grandma would still be in Brookdale.
