Crestview Assisted Living

My mom was a resident there, and revealed to me 6/2020 she was " being abused". She stated, she was told to "get it yourself" while asking for water or such. Mind you, my mom has a brain injury, wears oxygen 24/7, had open heart surgery, and CPAP at night. She fell several times there, her meds were not regulated properly and her money was being given to her abusive ex. Bottom line people, treat others the way you want to be treated. Would you want to be treated that way or your loved one? Inhumane pieces of junk.!I hope they close yall down! I had to put one star to make the review but y'all deserve minus stars!!! Oh and when my brothers and I went to visit 2018, her room was disgusting, cob webs in corner's and just dirty and unkept. Then we took my mom to lunch or dinner and mysteriously the room was clean when we returned.

Love that my mom is taken such good care of there! She loves all the food they serve and is happier than I've seen her in a long time.

My mom is there now and loves the facility and the people.

Went to visit a patient there found her with food in her hair dirty clothes she looked as if she had not been bathed in weeks no socks very dry skin bug bites all over her I could go on and on the place is filthy it is the dirtiest nasty place I've ever been in. It is inhumane for sick elderly people to have to live like these poor people do. The state of Kentucky needs to shut this nasty place down. Do not put a friend or loved one in this hole. It is horrible. The food they are served is worse than what I would feed an animal.
