I strongly advise caution when considering Crestwood as a provider of care for your loved ones. While the company presents itself as committed to patient well-being, the reality often paints a different picture. Crestwood has demonstrated a disturbing pattern of prioritizing profit over the people it serves, offering minimal genuine support to its patients while subjecting them to neglect and mistreatment. Even more concerning is the company’s internal culture, which appears to reward unethical behavior among staff and punish those who speak out. Long-standing employees have been terminated for raising valid concerns, particularly in cases involving serious misconduct—such as substance use and theft on the job—by individuals like Sukhbeer Snh. Rather than addressing these issues appropriately, leadership, including Mr. Lance Woodson, has chosen to protect the wrongdoers and silence whistleblowers. There are also credible reports of financial misconduct, including the withholding of employee bonuses. Such practices raise serious ethical questions about how this organization is managed. In light of these issues, I urge families to thoroughly research alternative options for care. Your loved ones deserve an environment of safety, integrity, and accountability—qualities that, in my experience, are sorely lacking at Crestwood.
