My grandmother was living there for like 5 years in 2 different buildings and when she got dementia and had to be moved to 24/7 care my mother gave them a months notice, which is all the time they had before my grandma had to move to a nursing facility and they are sending her a bill now for $5000!! Not to mention that our loved ones living there were living with roaches. Not a good place. I would never let anyone move there without warning them. And then some of the hallways smell like a stale ashtray.

Many thanks to the maintenance staff at Crestwood South for doing an excellent job of clearing the sidewalks and lot after every snow this season! Most especially tirelessly working in extreme cold conditions after this past snowstorm. I was able to safely walk outside (with a rollator) from my building to all of my usual activities. Your dedication and hard work is greatly appreciated! Mendy, Building 3

I woul NOT recommend this complex my mom moved there and all was well until she got bed bugs. I called and told the manager and they said they would have to investigate the situation. We (the family) wouldn't go visit for a few weeks because I didn't want to bring the bed bugs to my home. Finally had to call the Health Dept. He explained to me what I needed to do which I did. Bringing her to my home. He came out and inspected talked to the manager and explained in detail how it needed to be handled. They did not listen. Yes, she returned home the bed bugs were gone so we thought...they came back several times. The buildings are infested. They do not treat properly to irradicate the issue. I moved my mother out. It was traumatic for the entire family to go through. Two friends of my mom lived there as well different buildings both had bed bugs as well. Both now have moved out as well along with a few of my mother's neighbors. Run...stay away from this place! Until they address the problem accordingly they will continue to live with bed bugs!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Filthy complex. Management lets these bed bug infested sofa seats & mattresses sit outside the dumpsters because they're as lazy as maintenance is in keeping up with general complex housekeeping, not to mention the trash bag sitting on TOP of the dumpster. The city will not take furniture so the complex lets it sit & become health hazardous

A resident that was moving out today has cancer. He’s been in the hospital so a group of friends got together to help move his stuff out. It’s bitter cold today so we thought, to help the residents & not leave doors open, we would drive the trailer up to the back of his apartment and load from his balcony. The manager came out yelling and cussing at us telling us we were idiots. Fine to let us know we aren’t allowed to drive up to the building but in a derogatory tone with cuss words? Not professional, not nice. I informed the manager the resident had cancer and is on his last days and he said: ‘I don’t care!’ In my face. I remained calm the whole time. He threatened to fine the resident. From this experience I feel bad for all the residents that have to put up with such an uncaring angry manager of their facility. I took a picture of the grass we drove on. Can’t tell we were there- it’s frozen! There was ice on all of the sidewalks around the building we used which I would think should have some sort of ice melt on them for the residents! Calling me names and cussing at me for trying to help someone is uncalled for. So sad. I pray he gets some anger management training before he goes off on someone that might not be as nice as me.
