Do not let anyone you love go to this place. It is absolutely horrible. Neglect to the residents, black mold and it is filthy. The staff seems nice but the General Manager is horrible. He does not care about the residents at all. He treats them like animals. It is out of a horror movie. I would not put my dog in this place. It needs to be condemned.

The owner has improved the facility. Great environment and staff

We booked a group event with them, had flyers, tickets and mailers created with all info. They called 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event and said that the owner's had decided they don't want to do event's anymore. Refund check that took weeks to get, was returned for insufficient funds and it took another 2 weeks to get our refund and mind you they didn't pay or even offer to pay for the nsf banking fees much less any of the advertisement, ticketing, etc that we were out of pocket.

Both myself and my 8 year old son comes here to visit two residents in particular. Those residents along with all the others we have crossed path with in this facility are so sweet and very happy. All the staff members that work there and visiting nurses etc are so sweet, friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable with any needs that the residents have, and issues that arise. The facility is very clean, friendly and has activities, visiting medical professionals because so many residents are unable to leave the premises for various reasons. From what we see residents are free to come and go as they please.

I love the staff's caring and personal care! My Grandma is enjoying herself and felt comfortable immediately. She is constantly being stimulated. I can't thank the owners and staff for making her stay awesome! Wonderful facility!
