CROSSROADS AT BEAVER CREEK INC

Crossroads is an amazing facility that we were thrilled to have our mom live at. As a RN, I was selective as to where she went for assisted living and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Super clean, home like atmosphere, wonderful, caring, pleasant staff, home cooked meals and lots of activities. She was so happy there! Rooms were large, they kept us very informed of her status. I recommend them to everyone I know.

This place did an amazing job taking care of my grandmother with alzheimers. I work as a nurse in an acute care setting and know how difficult it can be especially when it involves your loved ones who no longer remember who you are or who they themselves are anymore. From day one when my family desperately needed them they were there and called us with any concerns. Unfortunately the day has come after being there over a year in assisted living and she has to move on to a new level of care due to her decline that comes from the disease process. They kept her emotional and physical needs a priority when her family no longer could provide the 24 hour care she needed. Kel & the crossroads team did an exceptional job in an unfortunate situation and became her new family in a lost world that she thankfully did not have to navigate alone. Even though the next level of care means she is heading closer to leaving us we know she would have been happy with her care if she could say so herself. Thanks Crossroads! Highly recommended! Very clean with all the comforts of home and more! Locked unit for alzheimers patients with an outside area as well. Quality is top notch with the appearance of a hotel and never once noticed an offensive odor!
